Our story

From scattered tools to one shared stay record.

SuperNest started when our founders, themselves short-term rental hosts, realized they were spending more time managing guest communications than improving the guest experience. Wi-Fi passwords sent five times a day. Restaurant recommendations typed out for every new booking. Check-in instructions lost in email threads.

We looked at the tools available and saw a gap. Channel managers handled bookings. PMS systems handled operations. But nothing handled the actual guest experience — the part that determines reviews, referrals, and repeat bookings.

So we built SuperNest: a platform where AI assists with routine questions, a guest app puts every stay detail at their fingertips, automation ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and human SuperHosts step in when a personal touch is needed.

Today, SuperNest is built around the practical work of every stay: structured property knowledge, invite-aware guest access, cleaner proof, host visibility, and human escalation when automation should step back.
