Plans, Billing, and Subscription Management

Everything you need to know about SuperNest pricing plans, billing cycles, and how to manage your subscription.

SuperNest offers three plans:

Starter (Free)

Pro ($29/mo per property, or $24/mo billed annually)

  • Up to 10 properties
  • Everything in Starter
  • Unlimited AI concierge
  • Review protection and risk scoring
  • Task center and turnover management
  • Local discovery engine
  • Unlimited automation templates
  • Full analytics dashboard
  • Priority support

Enterprise ($79/mo per property, or $66/mo billed annually)

  • Unlimited properties
  • Everything in Pro
  • SuperHost program access
  • SuperNest Network badge
  • Unlimited team members
  • Channel/PMS integrations
  • Custom AI training
  • API access
  • Dedicated account manager

Free trial

Pro starts with a 14-day trial through secure Stripe checkout. Billing begins after the trial unless you cancel or move back to the free Starter plan.

Billing cycles

  • **Monthly:** Billed on the same date each month
  • **Annual:** Billed once per year. Saves 17% compared to monthly

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.

Upgrading and downgrading

  • **Upgrading:** Takes effect immediately. You get prorated credit for unused time on your current plan
  • **Downgrading:** Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. No cancellation fees. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.

Guest paid requests and refunds

Hosts can configure optional paid requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and extra items. Guests see the quoted price before checkout. If a paid request is not available, requires host approval, or is suppressed because there is an active service issue, the app will show the non-paid support path instead.

Refunds can be requested from the relevant guest request or support conversation. Refund eligibility depends on the request status, whether the request was fulfilled, the payment provider state, and any host-specific refund policy shown at checkout.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with net-30 terms.
