Understanding the Guest App Experience
Learn what your guests see when they open the SuperNest app, from the invite to checkout.
## How guests access the app
After booking, you send guests an invite through SuperNest. They receive a magic link via email or SMS. One tap opens the app with their stay already loaded. No account creation required.
If a guest does not have the app installed, the link takes them to a web fallback page with basic stay information and a download prompt.
Invite links preserve the invite code through app deep links, app-store links, and the waitlist fallback so guests can install later without losing stay attribution.

- Local discovery with host-curated picks
- Weather-aware activity suggestions
- Service request forms (early check-in, extra items, issue reporting)
- Optional paid request quotes, shown only when the host offers that service and no active service-quality suppression applies
- House guide with all property details
Checkout
- Clear checkout instructions
- Thank-you message from the host
- Review prompt linking to the booking platform
- Invitation to keep the app for future SuperNest stays
Companion access
Guests can invite travel companions to the app. Companions get a scoped view with:
- Basic property info and house guide
- Wi-Fi and access details
- Local recommendations
- Limited AI concierge access
Companions cannot submit service requests or access sensitive stay details.
Partner offers and local discovery
Local discovery may include host-curated places and approved partner offers. Partner links include referral attribution so SuperNest can measure conversions and commissions. If a guest has an unresolved stay issue, safety concern, access issue, or refund request, partner offers may be hidden while support options remain available.
Previewing the guest experience
As a host, you can preview exactly what your guests will see using the "Preview Guest App" button in your property settings. This shows the full guest experience with your actual property data.
